Delivery
We offer free UK Delivery for orders over £35.00.
Orders under £35.00 will be charged a one-off £3.95 charge.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Orders will be posted by Royal Mail – 1st Class Small Parcel.
Always add any details at checkout such as Please Do Not Open Until Your Birthday etc. Or if you require an order posting for a particular date etc.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of receiving an order. Please note most items are hand-made to order so there can be a delay in busy times for example Mother’s Day, or Christmas period.
You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched with the Royal Mail tracking details.
Returns
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item has arrived damaged. It is always helpful to take a photo if possible.
If your order is damaged or faulty we will send a replacement or provide a refund.
We have a 14-day Returns Policy.
You then have 14 days to return the goods back to us. We do not refund the postage costs of the item being returned back to us.
The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in the original packaging.
You will receive your refund which will be sent to the original payment method.
